Lumpectomy

Axillary Lymph Node Dissection
When indicated, precise removal of axillary lymph nodes to achieve local-regional control and provide critical staging information guiding adjuvant therapy decisions.
Oncoplastic Reconstruction
Integrating plastic surgery principles at the time of cancer resection to reshape the breast, optimize aesthetics, and improve quality of life after breast-conserving surgery.
Breast Biopsy
Image-guided core needle, vacuum-assisted, and excisional biopsies for accurate diagnosis of suspicious lesions with minimal discomfort and rapid turnaround.
Risk-Reduction Surgery
Prophylactic mastectomy and oophorectomy options for high-risk patients including BRCA mutation carriers, following comprehensive genetic counseling and multidisciplinary review.
Port Placement & Removal
Surgical implantation and explantation of implantable venous access devices for patients requiring long-term chemotherapy or infusion therapy.
Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy
Preservation of the nipple-areolar complex during mastectomy for eligible patients, enabling more natural reconstructive results and improved body image outcomes.
